What Is GRIFFAIN AI?

GRIFFAIN AI is a small AI-systems studio that installs the systems local service businesses use to answer, book and keep customers — 60-second lead response, an AI front desk, a website built to book jobs, ads, and local SEO. We install and run them; we are not a staffing agency and not a software vendor handing you a login.

What does GRIFFAIN actually build?

Six systems, sold as an outcome rather than a menu. Never-Miss-A-Lead — every lead answered inside 60 seconds by text, email and a live call attempt. The Front Desk — an AI receptionist that answers the phone day or night and books the job. Conversion Websites — sites built to produce booked work, not awards. The Demand Engine — ads, creative and consistent posting. Found-First — owning search in your county. Custom Software when the off-the-shelf answer does not exist.

You do not pick these off a list. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic that names the actual bottleneck, because the most common finding is that a business does not need more leads — it needs to stop losing the ones it already pays for.

Who is it for, and who is it not for?

It is for service businesses scaling from six figures toward seven — roofing, home care, HVAC, plumbing and neighbouring trades — where the phone is the main way work arrives and where missing a call means losing a job.

It is not for businesses that cannot currently answer their leads and want us to send more. We do not sell ads to a business that cannot answer its phone; that is a standing rule, not a preference, and it is the most common reason we decline work. It is also not for anyone shopping purely on price — the low end of our pricing is deliberately productised, and below it we are the wrong choice.

What does it cost, and what is guaranteed?

Prices are published rather than quoted on a call, because a business that has to ask three times what something costs has already learned something about the vendor.

Three commitments come with any engagement: 30-day money-back on the monthly, you own everything — site, data and phone number, transferring within 30 days if you leave — and where the Growth Engine is concerned, live in 30 days or the final install payment is waived.

How is this different from an agency?

Three differences that show up in practice rather than in positioning.

• Operators, not account managers. The people who build the system are the people you talk to. There is no layer between the request and the person who changes it.
• Measured, not claimed. Numbers we report come from the system that recorded them. When we cannot verify something, we say so instead of estimating it — including in these articles.
